Take it Home

Faith at Home is a church-wide philosophy encouraging all members to live out their faith at home and share their faith with others. Children’s  Ministry at the Campus is promoting this through Take it Home events.

We recognize that parents are the primary spiritual influencers of their children. Our purpose is to come alongside and inspire, equip, and support parents to lead children to Christ and enable them to be lifelong followers of Christ.

At our Take it Home events we will be sharing with parents age appropriate spiritual disciplines that they can practice at home with their children. Each event will endeavour to:

• Inspire families to do spiritual disciplines at home through Biblical teaching and an inspiring personal testimony
• Equip families to do these spiritual disciplines in an active learning manner that has them doing the faith skill together as a family
• Support families to continue doing this spiritual discipline in their home by providing take home resources and ongoing support

Some key events will be baby dedications, blessing your children, leading your child to Christ, family devotions, family memory aids, family worship, prayer, reading your Bible, and family service projects.
